As an Emergency Management Strategy and Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for fostering collaboration and mutual support between federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) governments and key business and industry stakeholders within a FEMA region. During emergency declarations, a primary duty will be to facilitate information-sharing among major businesses and local utilities to distribute operational information and identify resolutions that support economic resilience during emergency management operations. The role also involves utilizing GIS services for impact analysis, developing collaborative actions with stakeholders, integrating business partners into regional emergency management planning, and serving as a communication and coordination conduit between federal and local/regional entities. You will also assess, build upon, and improve existing integration processes, contribute to the expansion of federal business and industry coordination roles nationally, and document best practices to develop standard operating procedures, all while understanding national supply chain dynamics in the context of disasters.
