The Emergency Management Specialist is a deployable field position responsible for supporting mission-specific operations under the direction of a Task Force Leader during emergency response and recovery efforts. This role may include assignments in logistics coordination, shelter operations, debris monitoring, damage assessments, or other operational functions based on incident needs. Operating within the Incident Command System (ICS), the Specialist executes tactical objectives, maintains accountability, and ensures situational awareness in dynamic, high-pressure environments. During non-emergency (blue-sky) periods, Specialists may participate in training, readiness activities, and onboarding support to ensure operational preparedness. Note: This is a rolling recruitment.
