About The Position

The Emergency Management Data Analysis Associate transforms complex planning, operational, and exercise data into actionable insights that inform senior-leadership. The role also supports planning meetings, exercises, status reporting, and project management by maintaining accurate data, monitoring key measures, and producing timely analytical products for our Federal clients. They have at least 3 years of relevant experience delivering and producing analytical products. Arc Aspicio is currently working in a hybrid work environment where work will be performed at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely. All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at the time of employment.

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant analytics and product development experience
Experience with ArcGIS geospatial products, including Story Maps and/or Experience Builder application
Direct experience with senior clients and stakeholder engagement and delivering work products for clients in a complex environment
Proven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potential
Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools like SharePoint
Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
Ability to work in the Washington, DC metro area and travel to different locations
Clearance: U.S. Citizenship only (no dual citizenship). Currently holds a Public Trust level clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain a position of trust/Federal security clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

Work across multiple project teams to collect, organize, analyze, and present planning and exercise data
Document assumptions and methodologies
Identify trends, risks, gaps, dependencies, and emerging information needs
Develop dashboards, charts, maps, infographics, timelines, process graphics, and other visual products as directed across a variety of tools
Translate complex technical information into clear executive-level products
Verify data sources and document assumptions, limitations, and methodologies
Plan meetings, exercises, status reporting, and project management by maintaining accurate data and monitoring key measures
Maintain source documentation, references, version history, and Government-approved records as required
Collaborate with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service, and achieving mission results
Apply excellent consulting, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
