This position provides enterprise-level leadership in preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation activities while ensuring continuous facility readiness and system-wide compliance with CMS, TJC, and OSHA standards. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Public Safety, or related field
Certification: ICS 100-800, 300/400 (required)
Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation for inter-campus travel
Minimum 3-5 years of progressive emergency management or business continuity experience, preferably within healthcare or multi-facility setting.
Demonstrated experience leading multi-site or regional emergency preparedness programs.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in related field, preferred
CEM, CBCP or equivalent, preferred
Preferred training: HAZMAT, HICS, HSEEP, MCI, and FEMA CDP coursework.
