About The Position

We are seeking highly motivated and qualified candidates with background in emergency dispatching-whether from traditional public agencies (Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS) or from private-sector roles supporting public safety and critical operations. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring real-world dispatch or coordination experience from either public or private sector emergency operations.

Requirements

• 2027 Valid Perc Card
• 20hr Unarmed training record
• Minimum education requirement; High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum (2) years of professional security experience or (2) years of military experience or (2) years post high school academic training in related field
• Minimum (2) years of emergency services dispatching experience
• Clear, calm, and effective verbal and written skills for relaying instructions and documenting events.
• Ability to assess evolving situations and dispatch appropriate resources efficiently.
• Accurate log keeping and procedural adherence are essential.
• Stay organized and prioritize under pressure, especially during peak activity.
• Comfortable with dispatch software, alarm monitoring systems, radios, and CCTV platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and deploying security personnel
• Receiving and triaging calls
• Monitoring alarms, surveillance systems, and other detection technologies
• Ensuring timely, accurate responses to incidents
• Maintain continuous communication with field personnel and partner agencies
• Document all incidents and dispatch activity with accuracy
• Collaborate with internal security teams and external response entities
• Support emergency and non-emergency operations with professionalism and urgency
