About The Position
Under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN), the ED Tech (PA) maintains a safe environment and provides care to patients as directed by the RN or ED MD. The ED Tech provides support for Nursing Staff and Clinical Providers in the ED. The ED Tech can relieve the Patient Attendants or CNAs who observing patients for safety.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equiv preferred
- 6 months experience preferred
- BLS and MAB certificate upon (90 days of hire)
Responsibilities
- Maintains a safe environment and provides care to patients as directed by the RN or ED MD.
- Provides support for Nursing Staff and Clinical Providers in the ED.
- Can relieve the Patient Attendants or CNAs who observing patients for safety.
