The Emergency Department Patient Access Registrar welcomes, greets, interviews patients and/or representatives in person or over the telephone to ensure their initial experience with the hospital is exceptional. The Patient Access Representative will also obtain the required demographic and insurance information to ensure proper billing/reimbursement to the hospital. Secure require signatures from patients and/or representatives to protect hospital’s interests. Provides excellent patient experience for guests with a high level of professionalism. We offer 4-6 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.
