This fully paid training program is your opportunity to step into the fast-paced world of emergency medicine—no prior healthcare experience required. Upon successful completion, participants will transition into a Full-Time role on the Night shift within our brand-new Emergency Department, working alongside experienced clinicians in a high-energy, patient-centered environment. While the position is scheduled for night shifts, the six- to eight-week training program beginning July 6th requires availability during daytime hours, Monday through Friday. As part of our ED team, you’ll be at the heart of critical care—supporting patients during urgent and often life-saving moments. Our Emergency Department is part of the only Level I Trauma Center for Adults and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center and dedicated Pediatric Emergency Department on the South Shore of Long Island, offering unmatched exposure to complex and diverse clinical cases. You’ll work side-by-side with an award-winning interdisciplinary team known for excellence, innovation, and compassion. This hands-on training program is designed to prepare you for the unique demands of emergency care, equipping you with the foundational skills needed to thrive in a fast-moving clinical setting. You’ll learn directly from experienced healthcare professionals while building confidence in patient care, communication, and teamwork.
