About The Position
Provides indirect patient care in the Emergency Department. Meets the communication needs of the patient/family, departmental staff and medical staff. Implements directions from physicians and nursing staff.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent with one (1) year experience in acute Hospital setting or in ambulance.
- Medical terminology
Nice To Haves
- BCLS preferred.
- Current EMT Certification (preferable).
- Basic arrhythmia course (preferable).
- TNCC within one year of hire.
