Requirements
- High School Graduate
- Clerical experience
- Strong customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- previous experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Issue patient numbers according to Bedside Triage Policy.
- Obtain consents
- Update all patient information and verify insurance.
- Complete Census
- Process all reports assigned
- Complete all paperwork on ER and Medicare patients such as Patient Bill of Rights, Medicare Questionnaire, Medicare Discharge papers.
- Complete all accident information for workman comp and return to the proper personal.
- Scan all paperwork For medical records.
- Process Medicaid claims
- Collect Co-pay and Co-insurance
