About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Clearwater, FL, offers an Emergency Veterinarian mentorship training program called EmERge. This program is designed to help participants obtain the skills and confidence needed to be a successful Emergency Veterinarian at one of BluePearl's state-of-the-art hospitals through one-on-one guided mentorship. The EmERge program provides valuable experience by combining case-based lectures, interactive seminars, hands-on practice labs, and mentoring, allowing participants to learn from highly skilled emergency clinicians and offer high-quality medicine for pets and the community. It is a one-year training program, followed by a one-year post-EmERge commitment, and is divided into three phases.
