About The Position

This role is a W2 employment position, not a contract role, offering consistent client referrals, flexible scheduling, and a remote-first work environment with provided telehealth infrastructure. Requirements

• Active state license in one of the following: LCSW, LPC, Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
• EMDR Certified
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet
• Dedication to providing ethical, effective, evidence-based care

• Experience with telehealth platforms
• Comfort working independently with remote support

Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth therapy to clients in your licensed state(s)
• Complete treatment plans and progress notes
• Collaborate professionally with clinical leadership when needed
