Role Summary We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on EMC Test Technician to join our EMC team supporting component and module-level EMC/EMI Control validation for automotive electronic systems. This role is foundational to our product quality pipeline — ensuring automotive ECUs meet OEM-specific EMC requirements prior to vehicle integration. The ideal candidate brings 3-7 years of direct, bench-level EMC testing experience in the automotive sector — with deep, practical fluency in ISO 11452, ISO 7637, and the OEM-specific test specifications governing major vehicle manufacturers. We will consider candidates with equivalent experience from Aerospace (RTCA DO-160 ), Defense (MIL-STD-461), or consumer electronics (IEC 61000 series) environments, provided they can demonstrate substantive knowledge of automotive EMC test methodologies and a credible path to OEM standard fluency. This is a pure individual contributor, bench-level technician role . No direct reports. High ownership. Maximum hands-on impact.
