Requirements
- Current authorization to work in the United States.
- Applicable clinical IVF/ART laboratory experience.
- Meet any state-specific qualification requirements for their position.
- Experience working within a clinical IVF/ART laboratory environment.
- Applicable New York State and CAP laboratory qualification requirements (for Albany Lab Manager).

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily lab operations, team leadership, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance for the Albany IVF laboratory.
- Perform advanced embryology procedures.
- Contribute advanced technical expertise in a clinical embryology setting.
- Continue developing technical expertise in reproductive medicine.
- Work across sophisticated ART laboratory procedures and technologies including Clinical Embryology, IVF & Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), ICSI, Embryo Culture & Assessment, Vitrification & Warming, Embryo & Trophectoderm Biopsy, Oocyte Handling, Cryopreservation & Cryostorage, Andrology & Sperm Preparation, and Laboratory QA/QC.
