Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum 1 year of applicable experience preferred
Basic reading, computer and math skills required
Must be able to communicate both verbally and written
Ability to lift to 30 pounds as needed
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Fast learner, detailed oriented, and accuracy driven is a must
Will need to differentiate colors for accuracy while inspecting the garment during and after being processed
Must be able to stand for an extended period while using hands and arms
Follow and understand customer designs and specifications

Responsibilities

Assist in creating names and logos for embroidery jobs.
Complete sew out samples of new logos for a variety of locations and customers.
Assist in communicating with the Fulfillment Center team regarding status of work orders in the embroidery room.
Complete daily tasks of the embroidery room including, but not limited to, hooping of garments, loading/unloading machines, uploading designs, trimming, and completing orders.
Follow established designs and specifications.
Sew utilizing all available industrial embroidery machines.
Operate all equipment according to OSHA standards.
Perform job functions adhering to OSHA standards.
Assure Lock-out Tag Out policies are always adhered to.
