EMBROIDERY OPERATOR

We operate out of The Legacy Campus, a 210,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art production facility featuring advanced technology and a spacious, climate-controlled work environment. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Operator to join our growing production team. This role offers hands-on work, a fast-paced environment, and the opportunity to develop valuable technical skills with an industry leader.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced production environment
- Comfortable standing throughout the shift
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends during busy seasons
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn embroidery machine operations
- Ability to read and understand work orders and production instructions in English
Nice To Haves
- Embroidery experience is preferred but not required — paid training is available
Responsibilities
- Operate embroidery machines efficiently while maintaining high quality standards on apparel, headwear, bags, and other products
- Review work orders to verify product specifications, thread colors, sizing, and placement details
- Set up embroidery machine programs with proper digital files and thread sequences
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain production quality
- Perform simple machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Follow all safety and operational procedures to maintain an efficient work environment
