About The Position

Screenplay Shirts is hiring an Embroidery Operator to create custom embroidered shirts, hats, and other apparel. The role involves setting up and operating embroidery machines, preparing garments and materials, following work orders, checking finished items, and contributing to daily production schedules. Experience is preferred, but training is available for a dependable, detail-oriented person eager to learn. The position is located in Vineyard, Utah, near the 1600 N exit and Harley-Davidson dealership, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The company describes a supportive team environment, training and growth opportunities, and the potential for long-term employment.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable attendance and be ready to work at 7:00 a.m.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Be able to follow instructions and communicate clearly with the team.
• Be comfortable standing and performing hands-on tasks throughout the shift.
• Be willing to learn, solve problems, and help teammates.
• Be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Have an interest in long-term employment.

Nice To Haves

• Embroidery experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate embroidery machines.
• Prepare garments, hoops, thread, and materials for each job.
• Follow work orders to ensure designs, colors, and placement are correct.
• Check finished embroidery for quality and accuracy.
• Address routine machine issues and ask for help promptly when needed.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Work with the team to complete daily production schedules.
