The Embroidery Operator checks in garments, prepares and operates embroidery machines, and monitors work for quality. The operator loads designs onto machines using a computer, hoops garments or other items while the machine is running to prepare for the next run, trims backing, adjusts tensions to improve sewing quality, and corrects errors as needed. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are important. The role also involves maintaining a safe, efficient, and clean work environment that reflects pride in Workwear and is presentable to visitors. This is a second-shift position scheduled Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Overtime may be required daily and on Saturdays. Sewing or embroidery experience is helpful but not required.
