- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience
- Understanding of the digital embroidery process
Nice To Haves
- Technical post-secondary studies in the embroidery field
- 3–5+ years of experience in the printing industry or in a warehouse setting
- Experience working with embroidery machines (Tajima or Happy)
- Experience with Wilcom digitizing software
Responsibilities
- Operating our embroidery machines and performing quality control for each finished product
- Paying attention to specific embroidery instructions and closely monitoring your work to catch errors early and always ensure accuracy
- Performing light troubleshooting and daily maintenance to keep machinery in top shape for fulfilling orders
- Identifying the correct supplies and machine settings needed to complete each job
- Inspecting all your work, correcting any deviations or errors, and packaging items nicely for shipping
- Keeping your workstation clean while working and leaving it in top condition for the next shift
- Reaching daily production goals set by your team lead
- Performing other duties as assigned
