Embroidery Machine Operator & Finisher
About The Position
Cool Air Creations is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator & Finisher to join our production team! Previous embroidery experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stay focused while performing repetitive production tasks.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to safely lift and handle light-to-medium weight garments and materials.
- Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous embroidery experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Previous embroidery, garment decoration, sewing, apparel production, or manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate commercial embroidery machines.
- Hoop and position garments and other products accurately.
- Thread machines and make adjustments for different materials and designs.
- Monitor machines during production and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Trim excess backing and thread and complete final finishing.
- Fold, package, and prepare completed orders for delivery.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow production schedules, job instructions, and quality standards.
- Work as part of a team to meet customer deadlines.
