About The Position

Operate computerized embroidery machines to embroider designs onto accessories such as bags, pouches, and other lifestyle products. Prepare machines for production, load and execute embroidery designs, and adjust machine settings to produce accurate, consistent results. Monitor production quality, inspect finished products, maintain and troubleshoot equipment, and keep the work area organized.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating computerized embroidery machines in a production environment.
• Proficiency in setting up and adjusting embroidery machines to achieve desired results.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to meet production deadlines.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and troubleshooting techniques for computerized embroidery machines.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate computerized embroidery machines to embroider designs onto bags, pouches, and other lifestyle products.
• Set up and prepare machines for production runs, including selecting threads, needles, and embroidery patterns.
• Load designs and adjust stitch length, tension, and speed for accurate embroidery.
• Monitor machines during production to ensure quality and consistency.
• Clean, oil, and perform other regular maintenance on embroidery machines; troubleshoot minor issues.
• Inspect finished products for defects and adjust machines as needed to correct issues.
• Interpret and execute embroidery designs accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and store materials and equipment properly.
