About The Position

The selected candidate will be responsible for ASIC FPGA design on an RD program. This role involves developing, testing, and integrating software, with a focus on the Ada computer language. The candidate will experience all phases of software development, from requirements analysis through code implementation and formal qualification testing. A certain level of seniority is needed to decide on daily basis what kind of SW development activity is most suitable to secure the overall project schedule.

Requirements

• Active SECRET security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Real-time embedded software development experience
• Proficient with Ada programming language
• Knowledge of Ada is required
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to understand problems and clearly communicate at several levels

Nice To Haves

• Experience developing for Linux (CentOS)
• Experience developing for Real-Time Operating Systems (VxWorks) targets
• Knowledge of continuous integration
