Embedded Software Engineer

Intelliforce-IT Solutions GroupColumbia, MD

About The Position

At Intelliforce, we support mission work where technical depth, speed, and adaptability matter every day. In this role, you will serve as a general-purpose reverse engineer and developer embedded within a CNO team, helping break down complex networked code bases, uncover vulnerabilities, and support mission-focused development and analysis. This is a strong fit for an engineer who likes working across reverse engineering, development, and technical analysis in environments where the work has immediate operational value. This role offers unusual range and real technical ownership. You will reverse engineer complex software, support vulnerability discovery, contribute to development and testing, and use your own analytical skills to chase down technical leads that matter to the mission. The work is collaborative, but it also rewards independence. You will partner with analysts, help customers sharpen their vision, and contribute wherever your skills have the most impact. At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your judgment matters. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this becomes more than another reverse engineering role. It is a chance to do deep technical work that directly supports mission outcomes.
