About The Position

Our technology enables organizations to protect their staff, customers, suppliers, and the whole world from email spoofing and impersonation attacks on their domains. The Email Security Analyst primary responsibilities include: Guiding assigned customers and partners through our established DMARC implementation process, while providing direct, technical support during implementation and once protection is in place. Supporting sales during prospecting and trial stages by providing practical guidance and email authentication expertise. Building lasting relationships with customers and partners, ensuring Sendmarc delivers the best possible customer experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience acting as the lead on assigned accounts and projects in email marketing, email security or email deliverability industries.The candidate possess a thorough understanding of DNS and associated email authentication protocols and principles (SPF, DKIM & DMARC). Key duties of the role include: Assisting customers in configuring DKIM, SPF and DMARC within the Sendmarc platform, while providing guidance on the required DNS changes in their own environments. Assisting sales counterparts during demos by explaining the data available in the Sendmarc platform and highlighting the business value of the products and services Sendmarc delivers. Assisting customers in understanding the appropriate actions required based on their reporting. Developing technical documentation and best practice guides. Maintaining and reporting on project progress, and communicating this progress to customers, partners and the broader business. Providing technical support to partners. Investigating customer concerns and documenting findings, outcomes and recommended actions. Identifying gaps in company methods and procedures and contributing to improvements that address these challenges. Ensuring that plans and programs designed to enhance the company are implemented in compliance with company rules, standards, regulations and policies. Completing all other responsibilities, roles, tasks and duties assigned as the position matures.

Requirements

  • Highly self-motivated and outcome-orientated
  • Diploma, Degree in IT, computer science or similar field
  • Technical expertise in DNS and email technologies are a must
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • 4-6 years experience

  • Client Services and IT Support experience would be a plus
