About The Position

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. In this full-time, 100% remote role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our email campaigns, bridging the gap between our high-level marketing strategy and our active sales pipeline. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will work cross-functionally and build key partnerships with the sales team to ensure all email cadences seamlessly align with outreach and sales initiatives. This position offers a standard full-time schedule with no regular travel requirements, making it ideal for a self-motivated digital marketer who thrives in a collaborative, remote environment.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on email marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience utilizing major ESP platforms such as Mailchimp, Campaigner, or Klaviyo
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS specifically for email layouts, ensuring templates render correctly across mobile and desktop.
  • Strong proofreading skills, an eye for clean visual hierarchy, and the ability to write engaging subject lines and clear calls-to-action (CTAs).
  • Comfortable working with data, Excel spreadsheets, and Google Analytics to interpret campaign performance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating promotional marketing assets.
  • Background or experience working within healthcare, medical/dental verticals, or e-commerce environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the daily setup, scheduling, optimization, and deployment of all email marketing campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales team to develop cohesive email cadences that align marketing efforts with sales outreach.
  • Oversee database health by performing monthly updates, segmenting lists accurately, and routinely cleaning contact data to maximize deliverability.
  • Track and analyze key email metrics to provide actionable insights that support the sales pipeline and drive continuous campaign improvement.
  • Set up and maintain automated customer journeys, including welcome series, nurture flows, and re-engagement campaigns.
