Overview: We are seeking a creative, collaborative and detail-oriented individual to support our email and SMS marketing efforts. This individual would report to the Senior Specialist of Email Campaigns. This is a contract role for up to six months, with the expectation of being in the office three days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • 1 to 3 years of related work experience, includes internships
  • Previous email marketing experience and familiarity with email marketing platforms (Marigold / Cheetah Digital experience highly valued)
  • Interest in email campaign creation and design, product marketing, and customer retention
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other Google Workspace products
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to listen to feedback and adapt
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Manage time effectively and exhibit a strong ability to multitask
  • Solution-oriented, process-driven and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with LiveClicker, Movable Ink or similar platform highly valued
  • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management software is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of personalization and dynamic content across national email and SMS campaigns
  • Build and deploy automated customer journey campaigns and relevant triggers — targeting key moments in the customer lifecycle
  • Build and maintain audience segmentation for targeted email and SMS campaigns
  • Support the build and deployment of national email and SMS campaigns, working in conjunction with product marketing, graphic design, and creative copywriting teams
  • Execute A/B tests to optimize performance and improve key metrics
