About The Position

The Email Marketing Specialist will work with an elite marketing team to create full email campaigns from brainstorming a concept to checking the revenue-driving analytics after the send. This role will create innovative emails, build impressive templates, and run A/B testing. Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Work with analytics and marketing to create both monthly and automated email campaigns to improve dealer engagement with a level of customer awareness and what success looks like.

Requirements

  • High School or GED required
  • 3 year(s) Managing execution and strategy of robust email marketing platform(s).
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Experience with ESP WYSIWYG content builders - HTML experience a plus
  • Proficiency in marketing automation/journey building tools
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools like Tableau/Mixpanel.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Ability to execute with quick turnarounds
  • A keen eye for details and spelling mistakes
  • Ability to collaborate as a team a must
  • Willingness to adapt and learn

Nice To Haves

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree - preferred
  • Photoshop / Design skills a plus
  • Experience in the automotive or B2B environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work with design to build and optimize email templates.
  • Support multiple business units with developing and scheduling promotional emails.
  • Create key dashboards and overall rhythm to reporting and review of data.
  • A/B Test different email aspects to improve engagement.
  • Build out segments based on campaign needs.
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
  • Develop and modernize existing email templates as necessary.
  • Maintain high email deliverability and sender reputation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
  • Work to grow the leads email list.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
