About The Position

PetScreening™ is the fastest growing pet property technology SaaS company, reimagining how pet management works. The company helps housing providers manage residents’ pets and assistance animals digitally while unlocking pet related revenue opportunities. PetScreening™ is seeking a highly technical, performance driven Email Marketing Manager to own and scale the email channel. This is not a support function. The role carries direct accountability for measurable revenue impact. The ideal candidate brings deep HubSpot expertise, strong audience segmentation experience, advanced A B testing capabilities, and a proven track record of optimizing lifecycle and campaign performance through data. This individual must be comfortable building email strategy, executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and continuously improving results without day to day oversight. This role is responsible for driving measurable pipeline growth, revenue contribution, and customer retention through intelligent segmentation, experimentation, and ongoing optimization. Candidates who thrive on testing, analyzing, and improving performance and who can translate data into decisive action will excel in this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of hands on experience managing and scaling email marketing programs
  • Advanced expertise in HubSpot including automation workflows, segmentation logic, reporting, and optimization
  • Demonstrated success using segmentation and personalization to drive measurable performance lift
  • Proven experience running structured A/B testing programs and optimizing based on statistical results
  • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities with experience building dashboards and performance models
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Clear communicator who can present insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Detail oriented with strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with modern data pipelines and customer data platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Segment, or data activation tools such as Hightouch is a plus
  • Proficiency in of HTML and CSS for email template customization preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the end to end email marketing strategy across the customer lifecycle
  • Build and execute a structured testing roadmap focused on conversion rate, engagement, and revenue lift
  • Develop quarterly and annual channel plans tied directly to pipeline and revenue targets
  • Establish clear performance benchmarks and continuously raise the bar
  • Strong writing and copy editing skills with the ability to craft audience specific messaging that aligns with brand voice and positioning
  • Ensure all email creative and design elements consistently reflect established brand standards and tone
  • Partner with Sales and Growth teams to develop and optimize nurture sequences, lifecycle workflows, and sales email scripts to support pipeline acceleration and conversion
  • Serve as the in house HubSpot expert, including workflows, automation, lead scoring, segmentation, reporting, and integrations
  • Build and manage segmentation models across lifecycle stage, persona, behavior, and engagement
  • Implement dynamic personalization and behavior based automation
  • Partner with RevOps and data teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
  • Plan, build, deploy, and optimize high performing campaigns including nurture streams, product launches, event promotion, customer retention, and expansion
  • Design and execute structured A/B testing across subject lines, messaging, creative, offers, timing, and audience segmentation
  • Analyze performance data and implement rapid iteration cycles
  • Own deliverability, list health, and compliance best practices
  • Build executive ready reporting dashboards that clearly connect email activity to revenue impact
  • Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion rates, and lifecycle velocity
  • Monitor channel health metrics including open rate trends, click through rate, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, and revenue per send
  • Partner with Growth, Sales, Customer Experience, Education, and Creative teams to ensure alignment across campaigns
  • Coordinate landing page messaging and on site conversion paths with CMS stakeholders
  • Support philanthropic and brand initiatives such as Down 4 Pets
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Provide a high level of customer service for all issues and requests.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets by achieving key productivity and quality KPIs.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team by sharing ideas and process improvements, while working in a hybrid environment that requires being in the office 3 days a week. Regular attendance at in-office team meetings and training sessions is a component of the hybrid work model.
