About The Position

Guardian Tax is expanding its Irvine sales team and is looking for driven professionals to join as Elite Sales Closers. This role focuses exclusively on inbound prospects who have already expressed interest in resolving tax debt and IRS issues. The position offers an opportunity to concentrate on sales without the need for cold calling or prospecting, providing qualified opportunities, ongoing support, and a path to high earnings.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of phone sales experience
• Proven ability to close deals and handle objections
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound calls
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
• Coachable attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Speak with inbound prospects seeking tax relief assistance
• Evaluate each client's situation and identify their needs
• Present customized solutions in a clear and professional manner
• Build trust and establish credibility throughout the sales process
• Handle objections and confidently guide prospects toward a decision
• Maintain follow-up communication with active opportunities
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
