About The Position

Elite Home Professionals help residential customers improve the safety and security of their homes by providing a five-star customer experience. SafeStreets supplies scheduled in-home appointments with customers already interested in ADT home security, so the role does not involve cold calling or door-to-door sales. The professional reviews security options with homeowners, recommends and designs a customized package, and guides the customer through the process from start to finish. The role includes customizing, installing, troubleshooting, and demonstrating ADT-monitored security systems. SafeStreets provides paid training, equipment and selected tools, and support after training. The position offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission opportunities, along with a remote and independent work environment, scheduling flexibility, and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

Passion for customer service and helping keep others safe and secure.
Strong sales background.
Entrepreneurial and career-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
Proof of vehicle insurance with a minimum of 100/300/100 coverage.
Smartphone or tablet.
Ability to work above head level, carry loads weighing 30–50 pounds, operate power tools, and navigate confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.

Responsibilities

Help homeowners create customized smart security solutions for their personal needs.
Provide five-star customer interactions as the first face-to-face contact customers have with SafeStreets.
Review security options with homeowners and develop custom home security packages.
Customize, install, troubleshoot, and demonstrate ADT-monitored security systems.
Meet customers at scheduled in-home appointments provided by the Inside Sales team.
