Requirements
- Dependable, punctual and prepared for every accepted shift
- Treat caregiving as important work and take pride in doing it well
- Communicate early and responsibly when a concern arises
- Respect client privacy, preferences and dignity
- Have reliable transportation and can travel to selected service areas
- Caregiving experience or CNA certification is required
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
- Support safe mobility, transfers and independence
- Prepare meals and provide light household support as assigned
- Offer companionship and respectful emotional support
- Follow the care plan and report changes or concerns promptly
- Communicate professionally with clients, families and the HomeWell team
