About The Position

Matriarch Home Care Concierge provides elevated, personalized in-home care for clients who expect more than standard home care. Our Elite Care Specialists deliver dignified, relationship-driven, concierge-level service and set the standard for excellence in every client home. We are hiring exceptional caregivers for FT, PRN, Part-Time, Weekend, and Full-Time Float opportunities with flexible scheduling and premium expectations. Service Areas Our care services are currently provided throughout the Greater Nashville area, including but not limited to: Gallatin, Mount Juliet, Antioch, and Surrounding Middle Tennessee communities. Candidates must be comfortable traveling within these areas. Full-Time Float team members should expect regular travel between client locations. We offer wide flexibility so you can choose what works best for your lifestyle. Available Shifts: Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Evening / Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Scheduling Options: Weekday shifts, Weekend shifts, Overnight shifts, Weekend coverage: Thursday through Monday, PRN (as needed), Part-Time, Full-Time (Float Role). Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving, CNA, home care, or related experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently in client homes
• Reliable transportation (required, especially for Float role)
• Weekend availability strongly preferred for weekend positions
• Willingness to travel throughout Greater Nashville (Float role)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, concierge-level in-home care
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, and client safety
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe, monitor, and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation
• Ensure a respectful, safe, and supportive home environment
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members
• Uphold Matriarch's standards of excellence, confidentiality, and courtesy
• Lead new client onboarding and care transitions (Float Role)
• Float between clients and locations as needed (Float Role)
• Mentor and support new caregivers in the field (Float Role)
• Ensure care plans are followed with precision (Float Role)
• Represent the Matriarch standard at all times (Float Role)
