Our Elite Care Specialists deliver dignified, relationship-driven, concierge-level service and set the standard for excellence in every client home. We are hiring exceptional caregivers for flexible scheduling opportunities with premium expectations. This position is based in Mount Juliet, TN, with care primarily provided in this area and nearby communities.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, concierge-level in-home care
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, and client safety
• Provide companionship and support
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure a safe, respectful home environment
• Communicate professionally with clients and families
• Uphold Matriarch's high standards of care and service
• Support new client onboarding
• Travel between client homes as needed
• Mentor and guide new caregivers
• Ensure precise care plan execution
