Requirements
- Minimum of a completed Bachelors degree in a scientific concentration with 2 years of related laboratory experience or a Masters degree with related hands-on independent experience in a lab
- Pipetting skills are required
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Self-motivated individual who can work both independently as well as part of a team working towards a common goal
- Adaptable and have a positive attitude in the face of continual change
- Experience working in cGMP environment
Responsibilities
- Run analytical methods, particularly ELISA, to support biopharmaceutical testing during process development and process characterization
- Maintain records and test results using appropriate electronic document repositories in a cGMP environment
- Communicate results effectively with team members and troubleshoot problems with client staff
- Maintain organization of laboratory space, inventory, and supply ordering
