As an entry-level eligibility position, you will handle case management and workflow characterized by limited interpretation and application of policies and procedures. As the first point of contact for clients across all access points (e.g. Virtual Contact Center, lobby, and non-lobby), the ET1 performs entry-level, technical eligibility determination work that requires applying attention to detail, following policy, regulations, and processes to ensure Alaskans in need receive timely determinations of benefits, correct information, and guidance to resources. The Division of Public Assistance (DPA) is dedicated to supporting Alaskans in need by providing them with basic living expenses and promoting self-sufficiency.
