The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Division of Medical Programs, Bureau of Technical Support is seeking to hire a motivated, results-driven and qualified individual to monitor the Medicaid Eligibility programs for data quality and functionality. We are looking for someone with excellent communication abilities, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to support our eligibility team efficiently. This position will also conduct analysis and testing to identify system issues and request program logic changes and to make updates to reduce discrepancies between the Integrated Eligibility System (IES), the Medical Medicaid Information System (MMIS) and the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in working with Medicaid eligibility systems as well as maintaining accurate documentation. A strong understanding of running reports and testing is essential for success in this role. This role will also spend a lot of time developing and maintaining of Project Initialization Requests (PIR), Project Resolution Requests (PRR), and Change Requests (CR) for their section.
