Attendance must be within policy guidelines. The position also requires strict adherence to safety and infection control policies, including knowledge of emergency codes (Code Red, Disaster manual), proper handling of hazardous chemicals, and awareness of security policies. Effective communication with supervisors and colleagues, prompt and accurate information sharing, and seeking guidance when necessary are crucial. Adherence to communication policies regarding cell phones, internet, telephone, and email is also required. Maintaining confidentiality of individuals, whether patients or staff, is paramount, while also ensuring timely provision of information as per statutory rights.
