About The Position
The Access Health Lakelands (AHL) Eligibility Specialist reports to the Manager of Accountable Care. The Eligibility Specialist receives referrals and completes initial screening for AHL eligibility. This position completes all aspects of enrollment into the program and forwards information to designated AHL staff. The AHL Eligibility Specialist participates in the team effort necessary to deliver quality client-centered care.
Requirements
- Minimum of High School Diploma
- 3 years of office experience in a hospital or community setting required.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree Preferred
Responsibilities
