Eligibility Specialist I
About The Position
As a Housing Caseworker-Eligibility in our Rental Assistance Department, you'll be a cornerstone in providing access to essential housing resources for individuals and families. This role requires a meticulous and empathetic professional to manage our Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Project Based Voucher (PBV) programs, ensuring a lifeline for those in need. The Housing Caseworker-Eligibility is responsible for communicating with applicants, ensuring applicants receive all required documents, and answering general program eligibility questions. The Housing Caseworker-Eligibility will maintain applicant files, logs, and correspondence in alignment with HUD, program, and agency policies and processes.

- Completion of a full application is required to move forward to the interview process.
