About The Position
Join our team for the summer harvest! This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting with the receiving, storing, and shipping of grain, as well as performing basic maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to operate grain handling equipment (conveyors, trippers, flow pipes, etc.)
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor equipment repairs
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Ability to complete required paperwork accurately and communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours during harvest, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional customer service and assist with inquiries or concerns
- Load and unload grain trucks; inspect grain for moisture, insects, and foreign material
- Operate grain handling equipment (conveyors, trippers, flow pipes, etc.)
- Monitor and record grain temperatures
- Perform routine maintenance and minor equipment repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Complete required paperwork accurately and communicate effectively with team members
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work flexible hours during harvest, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
