Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
• Must have High School diploma/ GED or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using a computer.
• Able to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
• Able to perform physical job duties such as bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating mobile equipment such as forklift.
• Experience working in a production or plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Must be trained in relief operation tasks, grain dryers.
• Keep a steady and good production flow, going to plant.
• Help on grain storage tasks.
• Support on Elevators tasks (process and prevention).
• Perform the unloading process of trucks and rail cars.
• Perform small maintenance jobs, when needed.
• Perform grain sampling and testing, when needed.
• Participate in all quality, safety, and health programs.
• Understanding and adhering to all policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
