We're looking for a confident and inspiring Elevated Keyholder to support the daily operations of our store and provide strong leadership in the absence of management. The Elevated Keyholder role is essential in providing leadership to the store team and support to the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. This role is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, driving sales, and supporting team members. As an Elevated Keyholder, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission to Enchant the World With Chocolate.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role, with some team leadership or key holder experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to drive sales and lead by example.
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
  • Familiarity with inventory control, visual standards, and store operations.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask during busy periods.
  • Friendly and energetic personality with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A passion for chocolate!

Responsibilities

  • Act as a manager on duty by supporting store opening and closing duties, holding a key and stepping in when management is not present.
  • Support, coordinate and coach team members to achieve daily sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
  • Support visual merchandising and execution of in-store activations, including store cleanliness.
  • Welcome customers to the store, answer questions, and provide personalized assistance on product features.
  • Handle returns and resolves customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by sharing Lindt’s values and product excellence.
  • Support efforts to drive B2B sales by identifying potential business clients and coordinating corporate gifting orders.
  • In the absence of the Store Manager, prepare sales performance reports.
  • Manage the store’s schedule to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Place product orders to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Uphold health & safety standards and support a strong culture of H&S with the team.
  • Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and inventory control procedures.
  • Support inventory duties, including stock replenishment and receiving.
  • Prepare daily bank deposits and assist with cash handling.
