The Elevate Banking Intern will play a crucial role in organizing, cleaning, and standardizing client file systems within the Elevate platform, aiming to improve operational efficiency, strengthen document management, and ensure audit readiness. This intern will collaborate with team members to align files with established protocols and enhance departmental accessibility.

Requirements

  • Current college student
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently within defined processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Interest in banking, financial services, or operations
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive client information

Responsibilities

  • Review, organize, and restructure Elevate client files across shared drives and systems.
  • Identify and eliminate duplicate, outdated, or unnecessary documentation.
  • Standardize folder structures and file naming conventions in accordance with internal guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate categorization and proper placement of all client-related materials.
  • Support documentation consistency and audit-readiness efforts.
  • Assist with ongoing maintenance and monitoring of file organization standards.
