Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years of professional teaching or tutoring experience.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to long -term student growth.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced degrees (Masters/PhD), general teaching credentials, or special education credentials are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Provide one -on -one reading and math support for elementary students (K–5).
- Read and interpret student assessment results to inform instruction.
- Apply targeted teaching strategies based on assessment reports and student needs.
- Adapt instruction to each student's unique learning style and school curriculum.
- Support homework, classwork, and long -term skill building.
- Track student progress and communicate consistently with families and our team.
