About The Position

Concord Academy of Petoskey is seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Elementary Teacher to lead an elementary classroom. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique, small-school environment that emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and individualized learning. Concord Academy is a public charter school serving students in grades Pre-K–12 in Petoskey, Michigan. The school provides an inspiring and challenging educational environment focused on developing critical and creative thinking through the integration of fine arts with STEM (STEAM) and project-based learning. Requirements

• Bachelors degree in education or related field
• Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate (Elementary Education)
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills
• Passion for innovative teaching practices, including project-based learning
• Ability to integrate arts into core academic instruction
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
