Klamath Falls City Schools is seeking an exceptional educator to join the team at Mills Elementary School — a school making significant investments in student support, instructional excellence, and teacher success. Requirements

Hold or qualify for a valid Oregon Teaching License issued by the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC)
Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and staff
Commitment to high expectations and strong instructional practices for all students
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based instructional environment
Demonstrated commitment to supporting the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success of students
Responsibility of employee to obtain and maintain all required trainings, certifications, and licensure
Must have regular and reliable attendance and the ability to perform the essential functions of the position
