About The Position

Klamath Falls City Schools is seeking an exceptional educator to join the team at Mills Elementary School — a school making significant investments in student support, instructional excellence, and teacher success. Mills Elementary serves an incredible group of students with diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Requirements

  • Hold or qualify for a valid Oregon Teaching License issued by the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC)
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and staff
  • Commitment to high expectations and strong instructional practices for all students
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based instructional environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success of students
  • Responsibility of employee to obtain and maintain all required trainings, certifications, and licensure
  • Must have regular and reliable attendance and the ability to perform the essential functions of the position
