About The Position
Elementary teachers at Chesterbrook Academy have the unique opportunity to implement our balanced, STEAM focused curriculum with the goal of preparing our students to become creative problem-solvers, critical thinkers, and confident leaders. You will lay the foundation with a broad focus across subjects, with high expectations of your students, while also supporting them with enthusiasm and encouragement. You will also… Develop classroom resources and a physical environment that supports students and their learning Collaborate with other school teams to positively impact student experience Continuously bring together different instruction methods to help students delve deeper into subjects Communicate with parents to support student achievement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Ability to successfully pass a state and federal background check
- Strong communicator with the ability to help students delve deep into subjects
