About The Position

Regina Caeli Academy (www.rcahybrid.org) is seeking part-time Elementary teachers for the 2026-27 academic year at its Pelham, New Hampshire location. The academy offers instruction in a formal Socratic classroom setting on Mondays and Thursdays, following a classical and Catholic tradition. Available grades include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. The positions are hourly, and childcare/nursery care is provided. Applicants must be able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church and have a deep love for the Catholic faith. Curriculum and grading guidelines are provided, and tutors receive training in instruction and classroom management according to RCA standards. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills, good organization, timeliness, a traditional view of the student/teacher relationship, and must be living the Catholic faith daily, including having received all appropriate sacraments. All staff complete a background check and RCA Safe Child training prior to teaching.

Requirements

• Must be able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church.
• Must have a deep love for the Catholic faith.
• Must be living the Catholic faith day-to-day, including having received all the sacraments appropriate to his or her state in life.
• Standard computer skills.
• All staff complete a background check and RCA Safe Child training prior to teaching.
• Must be available to attend mandatory training on August 10, 11, and 12, 2026.

• Experience homeschooling or working with homeschool children.
• Experience in ministry in your Catholic parish.
• Experience teaching Religious Education or Catechism classes.
• Experience teaching your own children.
• Experience teaching in a classical or private school.
• Ideally with Google Suite or an equivalent.

Responsibilities
