Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Valid teaching license.
Proven ability to implement data-driven instruction and monitor student outcomes.
Commitment to the belief that all children learn and thrive with the right support.
Strong understanding of curriculum-based instruction and effective teaching strategies.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that foster academic growth and curiosity.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.
Use evidence-based teaching strategies to support the development of foundational skills in literacy, math, and other core subjects.
Create a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, collaboration, and a love of learning.
Integrate the Whole Child Approach to address students' academic, emotional, and social growth.
Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
Analyze data to identify student needs, develop targeted interventions, and set goals for improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues to share strategies and ensure consistent use of data-driven practices.
Create a classroom environment that reflects our school’s commitment to joy and inclusion.
Build meaningful relationships with students, families and surrounding communities, fostering a sense of belonging.

Eligibility for LEAD’s Master Teacher program after 3 years (earn up to $100,000 and receive a $1,500 professional development stipend)
