Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Valid teaching license.
  • Proven ability to implement data-driven instruction and monitor student outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of curriculum-based instruction and effective teaching strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that foster academic growth and curiosity.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.
  • Use evidence-based teaching strategies to support the development of foundational skills in literacy, math, and other core subjects.
  • Create a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, collaboration, and a love of learning.
  • Integrate the Whole Child Approach to address students' academic, emotional, and social growth.
  • Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
  • Analyze data to identify student needs, develop targeted interventions, and set goals for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share strategies and ensure consistent use of data-driven practices.
  • Create a classroom environment that reflects our school’s commitment to joy and inclusion.
  • Build meaningful relationships with students, families and surrounding communities, fostering a sense of belonging.
