About The Position
River Mill Academy, a public charter school located in Graham, North Carolina is hiring an elementary teacher for grades K/1 for the 2026-2027 school year. Our elementary classrooms are self contained and "loop", meaning they stay with the same cohort of students for two consecutive school years. RMA participates in the state health and retirement system while offering free dental and life insurance coverage. Teachers are paid on the state salary scale with a local 17% supplement, while honoring master's pay. RMA boasts strong test scores and a low teacher to student ratio.
Requirements
